Pediatric Infectious Diseases Medical Faculty Position

We are recruiting a highly skilled Pediatric Infectious Diseases Medical Faculty Member to join the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Duke University.
The selected candidate will work primarily within the Duke Vaccine and Trials Unit, led by Dr. Emmanuel "Chip" Walter and associate director Dr. Michael Smith, chief of pediatric infectious diseases.
A minimum of 80% of the candidate's effort will be dedicated to research time, with approximately 20% allocated to clinical activities.
Responsibilities:- Serve as a co-investigator for existing vaccine clinical trials
- Establish and maintain independent research funding within two years
To be eligible, candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent, be board-certified or board-eligible in pediatric infectious diseases, and possess experience with vaccine clinical trials.
