Job Description

We are seeking a casual Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team in providing services for pediatric outpatients, ages 18 months to 6 years of age, with developmental delays in speech and/or language skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders and be certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).

The role involves evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using standardized and impressionistic techniques. You will also plan and administer a speech-language, cognitive, and/or swallowing plan of care, document progress through daily progress notes and care plan summaries, and provide education and counseling within speech pathology scope of practice for patients and/or family members.

Estimated Salary: $36.68 - $45.51 per hour (based on FTE status). Benefits include competitive pay rate, extensive benefits program, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and license and certification reimbursement.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
