Language and Speech Clinician

This is a casual position requiring a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for pediatric outpatients, ages 18 months to 6 years of age, with developmental delays in speech and/or language skills.
The role involves working in an outpatient setting, where you will evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using standardized and impressionistic techniques. You will plan and administer a speech-language, cognitive, and/or swallowing plan of care and document progress through daily progress notes and care plan summaries.
In addition, you will provide education and counseling within speech pathology scope of practice for patients and/or family members. You will also coordinate patient care with other clinical team members and strive for excellent patient hand offs when sharing cases or following single day or weekend coverage.
Estimated Salary: $36.68 - $45.51 per hour (based on FTE status). Benefits include competitive pay rate, extensive benefits program, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and license and certification reimbursement.
