Project Management Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Coordinator to join our team at W.E. O'Neil Construction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction administration and project management.

The Project Management Coordinator will work closely with the project manager to assist with the administration and management of all activities associated with the construction project.

">

This includes, but is not limited to, supervising projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $10M, assisting with job office setup, working closely with the project manager and estimator during the preconstruction phase, and vetting assigned scopes of work.

">

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience in a related field.

">

A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant project management experience as an Assistant Project Engineer, Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or equivalent is required.

">

The Project Management Coordinator must be proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, and have advanced understanding of scheduling, CMiC, and P6 applications.

Effective oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills, time management and organization skills are essential for this role.

">

The successful candidate will also have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of various construction delivery methods, market sectors, construction administration processes, building trades, technical aspects of construction, and planning and estimating.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and career progression.">
