**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Schedule Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program schedules for educational facilities projects using Primavera (P6). Key responsibilities include monitoring the critical path and earned value throughout the project.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction scheduling for owners or general contractors, preferably in educational facilities or public works projects. You should be proficient in Primavera (latest version) and MS Office Suite. A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is required, or equivalent experience.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

We are looking for individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills, superior organizational and planning skills, and the ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff. Knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics is essential.

**Benefits**

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $168,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401K, life and long-term disability insurances, paid time off, and professional development reimbursement.
