About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and other kitchen appliances.
  • Maintain the exterior and interior of the restaurant, including grounds, windows, and stock rooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment and supplies.
