About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at RealManage. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional service to our residents.



Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Maintaining certifications and licenses, including Certified Pool and Spa Operator and a valid driver's license
  • Performing pool maintenance and handling pool chemicals
  • Providing general handyman services, including daily/weekly/monthly maintenance checks and repairs, handling work orders, and performing janitorial tasks
  • Maintaining and storing chemicals as per regulatory requirements
  • Performing grounds keeping and minor repair duties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, painting, drywall, flooring, and other building repairs
  • Meeting and coordinating with vendors
  • Completing administrative tasks, including reviewing and completing work orders, operating a time recording app, and communicating with the Community Association Manager (CAM)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Experience with carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, plumbing, and painting
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English; bilingualism is a plus
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and ability to use tools and supplies safely

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 to $25.00, depending on education and experience, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, HSA, FSA, education reimbursement, 401K matching, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
