Oura is a pioneering company dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being. We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team for a 6-month period.

As a key member of our Member Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to get the most out of their Oura Ring experience. You will work closely with our technical support managers to resolve technical issues, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in customer service, technical support, and data analysis. You should be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to Oura Ring customers via email and live chat
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Develop strategies for translating complex technical information into actionable solutions for customers
  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve processes and content
  • Support operation improvement projects and contribute to the development of new internal processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experience supporting wearables or consumer hardware/software products
  • Preferred experience using Zendesk and the Atlassian software suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
