Job Title: Contract Administrator

Job Summary:
Integration International Inc is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to manage and oversee the administration of contracts from pricing to close. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Make updates to existing contract pages and configure estimates and quotes.
2. Provide guidance and support to junior contract administrators and other team members.
3. Process all change notices to existing contracts and executed amendments.
4. Review and correct all opportunities to ensure accuracy of data integrity prior to close winning action.
5. Facilitate internal signature process and process all contract terminations to initiate the decommission process.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
7. Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and sales Operations teams.
8. Creation of Salesforce Reports as needed for management.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in contract administration or a related field. High Proficiency of Salesforce Platform - Associate - Admin level with ability to create reports, Opportunities and Configure Price Quote (CPQ). Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite. Bachelors degree in business administration, law, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
