Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager within the engineering division, you will oversee and manage technical projects from inception to installation, upholding Triplepoint's strong customer-focused mission throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service in all project aspects, including budget, timeline, and execution.
  • Managing the project budget and profit and loss from start to finish.
  • Coordinating project scheduling and logistics.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Overseeing logistics to guarantee successful equipment delivery to job sites.
  • Identifying and resolving customer, field, and operational challenges.
  • Creating Purchase Orders and sourcing materials from various suppliers.
  • Preparing and adjusting Project Engineering Submittals.
  • Conducting materials and equipment sourcing and purchasing.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to confirm customer expectations, scope, quotes, and timelines.
  • Addressing supply chain issues to ensure timely project fulfillment.
  • Working with Engineering to adapt project documentation to meet customer requirements.
  • Assisting in verifying and generating cost estimates and lifecycle cost analyses for Regional Sales Managers.
  • Producing specifications and supporting design documents for bids.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on Bid Specifications and Drawings.
  • Providing occasional technical and field support (less than 10% travel).

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Systems.
  • Strong technical communication skills, including the ability to generate clear reports, tables, and graphs.
  • Natural organizational abilities.
  • Experience with bid plans and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Project Management software.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, project engineering, or hands-on technical support.
  • Experience in the Wastewater Process industry or a similar field.

Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000 USD to $120,000 USD (based on experience), comprehensive benefits such as 401k, excellent profit-sharing opportunities, and a generous vacation and holiday policy.
