Job Title: Medication Aide

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Document medication administration and any changes to resident care plans.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and Wellness Nurse to ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident care plans.
  • Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest medication administration techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
