Responsibilities

Benefits

Cognizant offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and time off, 401(k) plan, and contributions, long-term and short-term disability, paid parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to applicable plans.
