The Project Management Specialist will collaborate closely with the Architecture and Web Content Management teams to oversee project organization, troubleshooting, and in-depth analysis while engaging and guiding stakeholders towards achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate IT initiatives utilizing a combination of conventional project management and agile frameworks.
  • Ensure successful project delivery while promoting a clear understanding of agile principles among all team members.
  • Facilitate project planning meetings, daily check-ins, project reviews, and retrospective sessions.
  • Conduct problem-solving sessions and root cause investigations to resolve delivery challenges and barriers.
  • Manage team dynamics to cultivate a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Track, assess, and communicate project status alongside agile team performance metrics.
  • Work in partnership with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth project implementation and completion.
  • Continuously enhance project management methodologies and practices within the IT division.
  • Offer mentorship and support to team members regarding agile methodologies and principles.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience (or a master's degree with 3 years of experience, or equivalent qualifications) is essential.
  • Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without limitations.
  • This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading and managing IT projects using both traditional and agile approaches.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to adapt and merge various project management techniques to meet project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Relevant certifications like PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP are advantageous.
