POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is dedicated to delivering investment solutions for the clientele and community served by The Ladders. The position involves coordinating sales initiatives and marketing strategies for a range of investment offerings, while also promoting additional banking services, including facilitating introductions for agricultural loan clients. It is essential to maintain the necessary licenses for selling annuities, mutual funds, stocks, life insurance, and other investment-related products, adhering to the standards set by Raymond James Financial Services.

DUTIES:
  1. Offer comprehensive financial planning and investment alternatives for clients of The Ladders.
  2. Engage potential clients beyond the existing customer base to broaden market reach.
  3. Supervise daily operational functions within the investment sector.
  4. Manage the investment portfolios of current clients.
  5. Develop and deliver presentations for prospective clients.
  6. Complete all necessary documentation to establish and sustain client relationships.
RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Accountable to the RJFS Co-Branch Manager Operations for the execution of assigned responsibilities.
  2. Possess a comprehensive understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, including consultative selling techniques.
  3. Exhibit effective communication skills with both existing and potential clients, as well as colleagues.
  4. Must uphold the required licenses for selling annuities, mutual funds, stocks, life insurance, and other investment-related products, in compliance with Raymond James Financial Services regulations.
  5. Maintain necessary licenses, including Series 66, 7, and 24.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Standard office environment.

2. Prolonged periods of viewing computer screens.

3. Ability to lift moderate weights, up to 25 pounds.

4. Repetitive hand and arm movements.

5. Occasional business travel.
