Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Perspective Inc. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing intensive therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism.
Job Summary:The BCBA will be responsible for creating effective therapy programs, supervising a team of Behavior Technicians, collaborating with specialty providers, and monitoring caseloads. Key Responsibilities:- Program Development: Create and implement individualized therapy programs for clients with Autism, including developing and maintaining current client programming, data analysis, assessments, and programmatic changes.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of Behavior Technicians, providing feedback on the implementation of therapy procedures in both in-home and clinic-based settings.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with specialty providers, including schools and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of clients receiving behavior analytic services, prioritizing and delivering optimal levels of authorized client services.
- Training and Development: Provide training to families on client-specific goals, create and maintain training procedures for new and veteran team members, and conduct initial assessments for new clients.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete accurate and timely documentation for session summaries, generate regular summary reports and goals, and maintain HIPAA compliant records.
- Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Certification: Active BCBA certification.
- Experience: One or more years of experience working as a BCBA (preferred) and one or more years working in the field of ABA.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, computer skills, and knowledge of relevant software, including Google Workspace and Central Reach.
