About the Role:

The Celebrate Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and regulate job duties in a professional manner to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of The Celebrate Group.
  • Administer assessments, including but not limited to VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, essentials for Living, and other skills assessments.
  • Create and modify behavior plans for each client on caseload; monitor implementation, and provide feedback to management, staff, and family.
  • Supervise clients and RBTs on caseload at least 1x per week.
  • Provide feedback, encouragement, training, support, and leadership to the team.
  • Observe client and RBT during treatment; compile and evaluate data on client responses and progress.
  • Lead caregiver trainings.
  • Attend and participate in parent, team, and therapist meetings, as well as professional development and training.
  • Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the course of treatment and regular parent training meetings.
  • Ability to identify areas where we need organizational improvement and in client experience and initiate improvement measures.
  • Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don't greatly impact progress or outcomes for clients.
  • Keep up to date with the latest state and BACB regulatory guidelines and ethics to ensure you remain in compliance and maintain license credentialing.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize various projects independently.
  • Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn.
  • Ability to handle and provide straight-forward feedback to the leadership team members.

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification.
  • Reliable attendance and timely arrival to work.
  • Ability to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia.
