As an Autism Services, Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients ranging from early childhood to late adulthood, providing counseling, consultation, and psychoeducation services tailored to individual differences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual counseling services to address clients' mental health needs and personal goals through one-on-one sessions.
  • Lead group counseling sessions to guide individuals facing common hardships.
  • Deliver group education sessions on subjects like stress management and coping strategies.
  • Evaluate clients' mental health and substance use concerns via interviews and standardized measures.
  • Mediate conflicts and improve relationships.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams engaged in client care.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialized services.
