Position Overview: The End User Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations within the organization.

Compensation: $22 – 25 per hour | Based on experience*
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a professional Desktop Support or Helpdesk role.
- Possession of an Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software challenges, with significant break/fix experience to reduce downtime and enhance system reliability.
- In-depth knowledge of both Windows and macOS operating systems, emphasizing hardware diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional IT support, including active participation in imaging, deployment, installation, and configuration of computer systems and applications within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Direct experience in troubleshooting hardware-related issues, showcasing robust hardware skills and a prompt resolution approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with individuals at all organizational levels to address technical challenges.
- Proficient time-management abilities, with a proven history of setting and achieving realistic deadlines for issue resolution while maintaining high-quality support services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS platforms.
- Execute break/fix tasks to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Oversee the imaging, deployment, installation, and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Conduct comprehensive hardware diagnostics and repairs to maintain optimal performance.
- Promptly address and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Provide exceptional IT support and collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Maintain clear and effective verbal and written communication with users and team members.
