We are seeking a skilled Activities Aide to become a vital part of our team at Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate group activities to promote engagement and socialization among residents.
  • Chart attendance and maintain a clean, organized activity supply area.
  • Assist with one-on-one activities, transport residents to and from activities, and facilitate outings and special events.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or GED.
  • Creativity and ability to motivate oneself.
  • Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia and special needs is a plus.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays.
