Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire, if practicing within this state
2 years of experience, or Nursing student with current CNA
