Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for patients.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meals, as needed.
  • Perform light homemaking and other environmental services.
  • Observe and report any changes in patient status to the care team.
  • Follow specific written instructions for personal care, as outlined in the patient's plan of care.
  • Assist patients with prescribed exercises, as instructed by the nurse or therapist.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current state certification as a nurse assistant, as required by state certification/registration requirements.
  • CNA experience within the last two years, or completion of another training and competency program before providing services.
  • Ability to successfully pass the competency program of the care center.
  • Current CPR certification.
