  • Prescription Processing: Accurately process prescription orders, including counting, packaging, and preparing prescriptions for dispensing.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist patients and customers with their over-the-counter (OTC) purchases and prescription needs.
  • Delivery and Pickup: Reconcile deliveries and pickups, ensuring that all shipments are accurately received and processed.
