- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Prescription Processing: Accurately process prescription orders, including counting, packaging, and preparing prescriptions for dispensing.
- Customer Assistance: Assist patients and customers with their over-the-counter (OTC) purchases and prescription needs.
- Delivery and Pickup: Reconcile deliveries and pickups, ensuring that all shipments are accurately received and processed.
- Claims Entry: Enter prescription orders and transmit claims to the appropriate insurance companies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Availability: Be available to work 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
