Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Disclosure Desk Analyst to join our team at our mortgage office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and delivering all required loan disclosures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Service Level Agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all required loan disclosures are completed and delivered within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Monitor individual workflow pipeline queues to meet daily workflow requirements.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of NVRM loan products and guidelines, as well as current regulatory changes affecting loan disclosures.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with branch team members and corporate department team members.
- Minimum 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and requirements.
