Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist to join our team at Denver Health. As a key member of our Neurodiagnostic Lab, you will be responsible for conducting EEG examinations, preparing patients, and collecting information pertinent for test interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform standard EEG recordings, adapting methods of instrumentation to obtain optimal results based on patient history, clinical observations, and EEG findings.
  • Provide patient care and detailed observations of clinical manifestations during seizures and other emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining daily inter-personal relationships and communication with the clinical team.
  • Keep equipment in clean operating condition and perform maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
  • Complete daily workflow tasks in EPIC and other relevant systems.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated competency with the 10/20 system of electrode placement.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification from the American Heart Association.
