Job Title: MDM Administrator-Mobile Device Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Administrator-Mobile Device Engineer to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing system administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting MDM systems, and addressing client queries over the phone and resolving mobile device-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide system administration of MDM solutions
  • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot MDM systems
  • Support escalation and root cause analysis activities
  • Support updates to all documents when there is a change in the transport design and/or technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to test all related systems and processes to verify that the systems meet requirements and can host applications with no degradation to performance or security
  • Address client queries over the phone and resolve mobile device-related issues
Requirements:
  • 5 years of work experience as a System Administrator supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting MDM systems
  • Experience with M365, Intune, Apple Business Management, AirWatch
  • Ability to work in a high-volume workspace
  • Experience with current models of phones and tablets
  • Strong understanding of servers & configuration & maintenance: Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016, Active Directory
  • 2 years' experience configuring devices with Department of Defense Security Technical Implementation Guide (DoD STIG) for the iOS or Android
  • Experience with troubleshooting mobile device issues such as bugs, enhancements, user interface problems, and enrollments in a Mobile Device Managers (MDM)
