Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and other key stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and delivery strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 17+ years of total IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Partner
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts with revenue exceeding $40M
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
