About the Job

We are seeking a qualified Analytical Laboratory Assistant to join our team at High Purity Products. As a key member of our quality control laboratory, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of analytical laboratory procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. With a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an analytical laboratory, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of samples for testing, including handling and labeling.
  • Conduct tests on samples using a range of testing equipment, including liquid particle counter, auto-titration instrument, and tensiometer.
  • Record and analyze test data, generate reports, and communicate results to supervisors and colleagues.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of testing equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in science related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an analytical laboratory.
  • Experience with testing equipment and tools commonly used in quality assurance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
