In this role, you will...

Drive Service Delivery & Business Development:
  • Generate demand by engaging with existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
  • Work to exceed monthly revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts to transition from transactional to committed business.
  • Analyze market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure quality execution of services, addressing issues promptly.
  • Manage pricing strategies based on customer purchasing behavior.
  • Oversee customer-facing operational tasks, including quoting and shipment management.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques when discussing pricing and services.
  • Handle conflicts and difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and expectations.
Enhance Process Efficiency:
  • Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve time management.
  • Ensure timely invoicing by understanding payment terms.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures to manage customer accounts effectively.
  • Maintain a minimum portfolio size based on volume and revenue.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the team.

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • The ability to travel up to 10% (domestically and internationally).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
