Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage multi-million dollar IT programs with significant enterprise impact.
  • Communicate with IT leadership and senior business leadership to review program strategy, direction, and changes.
  • Manage a team of project managers and resources to execute programs and projects.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on program status to IT leadership and senior business leadership.
  • Manage service providers and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Deliver complex projects and enhancements on time and on budget.
  • Develop and manage financial forecasts and budgets for IT programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience managing budgets of $5 - $10M+.
  • 5+ years of experience coaching, developing, and/or leading a team.
  • PMP Certification and ITIL experience are preferred.
