Job Title: Licensed Clinician

Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. (FREE) is a leading provider of residential and community-based services for individuals with mental health needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinician to join our Mobile Residential Support Team (MRST).

Job Summary

The Licensed Clinician will work under the supervision of the Program Supervisor to provide individualized supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and direct support to individuals with mental health needs. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health issues, experience working with outside treatment providers, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized Support Plans and Relapse Prevention Plans
  • Provide crisis intervention, direct support, and medication monitoring
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills and other needs
  • Conduct assessments and provide individualized supportive counseling
  • Participate in weekly case reviews and team discussions
  • Advocate for individuals' needs and relay information to appropriate agency personnel
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a Human Services field (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
  • Familiarity with mental health issues and experience working with individuals with mental illness
  • Experience working with outside treatment providers and mental health professionals
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
Working Conditions

The Licensed Clinician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring the ability to lift at least 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform other physical demands. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

FREE offers a competitive salary range of $24.26-$27.45 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
