Optum, a clinician-led care organization, is seeking a highly skilled Endocrinology Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team in the New York Tri-State market. As a key member of our Optum Care Delivery team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare.

As an Endocrinology Clinician, you will have the opportunity to work in an independent, multi-disciplinary practice with a strong affiliation with local tertiary care hospitals. You will collaborate with physicians to manage a complete continuum of quality-based care within the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct office consults, follow-up appointments, and outpatient procedures in collaboration with physicians.
  • Treat patients with Endocrinology and Metabolic disorders, including Diabetes, thyroid, and adrenal diseases, osteoporosis, and hormonal imbalances.
  • Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients.
  • Collaborate with patient's primary care physician and other specialists as needed.
