**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our Fulfillment Operations team at StubHub. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of fulfillment operational experts, devising and implementing new training programs, and closely tracking key metrics to understand their relation to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of fulfillment operational experts, including hiring and training where necessary.
  • Devise and implement new training programs to improve execution and quality.
  • Closely track key metrics and understand how they relate to business goals.
  • Help design, implement, and validate new workflows from scratch to solve business problems.
  • Lead the performance and development review cycle for your team.
  • Proactively investigate issues and design solutions ranging from manual processes to product updates.
  • Interface directly with key stakeholders, including external partners and senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a managerial, analytical, or problem-solving role overseeing a team of at least 5 team members.
  • Excellent people management skills, with experience managing a team of at least 5 team members.
  • Experience measuring performance and moving a metric.
  • Track record of building new processes and solving problems from scratch.
  • Proficiency with Excel strongly preferred.
  • Basic SQL experience or willingness to learn.
