Job Overview

Civeo is in search of a committed and service-oriented Clerk-Housekeeper to become a part of our workforce. This position is essential for maintaining the standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency within our facilities. The role encompasses a blend of housekeeping responsibilities (80%) and clerical tasks (20%). The Clerk-Housekeeper will ensure that all living spaces, restrooms, and communal areas are kept in pristine condition while also providing support for administrative functions.

Primary Duties
  • Conduct routine clerical activities and warmly welcome guests
  • Execute housekeeping tasks including bed making, linen laundering, and restroom sanitation
  • Notify supervisors of any maintenance requirements
  • Sort, wash, and distribute laundry items
  • Uphold cleanliness in the laundry area and surrounding spaces
  • Utilize Civeo vehicles for various operational tasks
  • Promote safety within the work environment
  • Adhere to Civeo’s policies and procedures
  • Engage in safety meetings and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Assist with special projects as required
Qualifications
  • High school diploma is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clerical work
  • Proficient computer skills for data management
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote camp environment on rotational schedules
