Job Title: Therapist, Pediatric Day Treatment

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at Kids Thrive Inc. as a Pediatric Day Treatment Therapist. As a Therapist, you will work with children aged 3 to 10, providing individual and group therapy sessions to support their mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-lead Day Treatment groups with Group Facilitator
  • Provide individual and family therapy
  • Conduct family interviews and offer referrals to appropriate resources
  • Provide crisis intervention to clients as needed
  • Complete Intakes, Diagnostic Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Discharge Summaries
  • Contribute to treatment team meetings and collaborate with other providers on the team
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
  • Licensure in the State of Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
