Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee our construction operations. The Field Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring high-quality outcomes through the supervision of contractors and suppliers involved in field construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work environment by conducting regular safety inspections.
  • Maintain quality workmanship in accordance with project approval documents.
  • Communicate effectively with REO Agents, Inspection companies, Contractors, and Asset managers to manage the renovation of a portfolio of REO assets.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to both internal and external client inquiries.
  • Perform job estimates on-site for potential new acquisitions.
  • Procuring and monitoring inspections to meet or exceed company policy turn times.
  • Update software systems with the latest communications.
  • Facilitate quality control inspections in line with company policy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate necessary actions across departments to achieve set goals.
  • Approve completed work orders for billing purposes.
  • Source and recruit qualified contractors.
  • Train new specialists as required.
  • Travel as necessary for job requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in remodeling, REO management, or construction management.
  • Goal-oriented and resourceful with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Team player with a customer service orientation.
  • High school diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
  • Client relations/support experience is preferred; construction knowledge is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
