Job Overview

CMP Global Inc. is seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient production of high-quality sacrificial anodes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate powered equipment and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Pour zinc and aluminum in open face molds to create sacrificial anodes
  • Read and interpret drawings for production, measuring components and finished goods as required
  • Receive, put away, pick, pack, ship, and inventory merchandise in a safe and accurate manner
  • Track labor and materials using the ERP system
  • Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year machine operation experience in a foundry environment
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety/security guidance
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a hot environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, day shift (6am-2:30pm)
  • Extended benefits plan, including vision, dental, and prescription coverage
