Soccer Shots is a vibrant children's soccer initiative dedicated to promoting character development. Our committed team makes a positive difference in children's lives both on and off the field through exceptional coaching, structured curriculum, and effective communication. We focus on delivering high-quality soccer training for children aged 2 to 12, instilling a lifelong love for the sport.
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate coaches to commit to at least one session per week for a minimum of 8 weeks, adhering to a consistent schedule. Our programs are conducted on weekends and weekday evenings at various locations. Employment is seasonal, as programs are available during specific periods throughout the year, with all positions being at-will.
As we continue to grow, we maintain our roots as a family-oriented business. We are dedicated to supporting our coaches in areas such as leadership, early childhood education, and sports management.

Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with children and soccer.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Experience in engaging with young children.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background in playing or coaching soccer is preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaches will oversee all aspects of conducting a Soccer Shots session, including:
Preparation:
- Participate in coaches' meetings at the start of each season.
- Review the provided online curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Maintain equipment and ensure timely setup of the field.
Coaching:
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of each child.
- Organize children at childcare sites and follow on-site protocols.
- Deliver engaging sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes according to the established curriculum.
Communication and Administration:
- Maintain timely communication with supervisors regarding updates or challenges.
- Keep attendance records and adhere to payroll procedures.
- Return equipment and supplies at the conclusion of each season.
