About the Role
The Senior Store Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the store, including managing inventory, implementing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner. This individual will also be responsible for supervising sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance.
• Supervise sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the general manager to achieve business objectives and develop action plans to address any issues or concerns.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
• Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a hardware or home improvement store.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales associates.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
