Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain responsibility for the security and safety of the physical property, staff, and clients.
  • Possess knowledge of all site-specific policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement written emergency response protocols.
  • Operate innovative, wireless technology devices/systems.
  • Participate in trainings and other professional development events.
  • Perform crisis prevention and intervention, including utilizing de-escalation and/or physical management techniques, as needed and allowed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, or five (5) years of related experience.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • High energy level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal/customer service skills.
  • Exceptional oral communication skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license, with at least one (1) year of driving experience.
  • Must possess the ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds.
  • Must possess the ability to climb stairs, ramps, and/or ladders.
  • Must possess excellent vision and hearing.
  • Must possess the ability to read and speak English.
  • Must successfully meet and maintain all federal, state, and/or local mandated background check requirements.
