Position Overview: A prominent multinational organization is seeking a skilled People Services & Technology Project Manager.

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Compensation: $90-100/ Hourly

Work Arrangement: Remote

The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of successfully managing projects, whether they are small or large-scale, across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing global HR processes and technology is essential, along with extensive project management experience.
  • Demonstrating the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment that is not hindered by uncertainty.
  • This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capability to develop effective project plans, presentations, and status updates.
  • Regular communication with project teams and key stakeholders is required, including raising potential issues or critical decisions necessary for seamless project execution.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience navigating large, dynamic, and complex organizations.
  • Proven track record in implementing global HR processes and technology.
  • Experience managing projects with a strong emphasis on reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities and the capacity to distill data into clear verbal and visual messages.
  • Highly organized and efficient, maximizing the team's capabilities while maintaining high standards.
  • Prior experience in implementing Employee Surveys for a global audience.
