Role Overview:
Our client has developed a proprietary, web-based user moderation platform that has evolved over time but requires further enhancements.

The Central Operations team is the main user of this tool, which is also utilized by various member experience teams for their moderation tasks.

There exists a list of enhancements that need to be prioritized throughout the upcoming year to boost the usability and functionality of the interface.

Recently, new features were introduced to comply with regulatory standards in a minimal viable product format, and there is a need to refine the tool to ensure it meets the operational team's requirements.


We seek an individual with solid experience in web-based UI development who can not only improve the system but also manage the backlog of operational requests.

This role will receive full support and guidance from the Lead Product Manager, but ideally, the candidate will take on the dual role of primary product owner and engineer for the UI.

Phase one of this initiative will concentrate on enhancing the single-page application to improve user experience.

The existing website is built using MVC, thus a strong understanding of C# and ASP frameworks is essential.

The developer will be tasked with rectifying the code using established patterns, making the process relatively straightforward.

Phase two will involve the enhancement of the "share my data" feature, which is currently operational for our applications. The candidate will focus on refining the functionality and user experience of this feature, which presently operates with one backend and two distinct frontends (one for each brand).

The role will include refactoring the code and consolidating it to align with the latest version.

Proficiency in React will be crucial for this segment of the project.

Strong grasp of state management methodologies and solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API)
