You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a best-in-class website and digital experience for customers, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize web performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement web marketing strategies that align with business objectives
* Collaborate with IT to launch new innovative solutions on TI.com
* Analyze data and customer feedback to inform web content and experience decisions
* Work with key experts to complete analysis of web performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research & Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Digital Marketing, Analytics, Web Design & Development, User Experience Design, Technical Communications, Engineering or Computer Science with focus in marketing, or related degree
* Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
* Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) or information architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with web design principles and channels that drive traffic to a website
* Ability to analyze data, gain insight, and create recommendations from the data
* Demonstrated curiosity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
