Join our team at JUSTIN Downtown Tasting Room, where the Reservationist plays a crucial role in guest interactions, managing both incoming and outgoing communications for JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery and its sister brands. This position emphasizes clarity in communication, aiming to enhance the guest experience while driving sales and booking conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding and intuitive customer service to all guests.
  • Answer phone calls promptly with a friendly and articulate demeanor, ensuring guests feel welcomed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via email and text in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer insightful sales recommendations, showcasing the unique experiences available.
  • Thoroughly understand and promote the offerings of JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery and its affiliates to maximize revenue.
  • Accurately input and manage reservation details in our operational systems to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Efficiently process reservations for various outlets and events, confirming all necessary information.
  • Address and report guest feedback and requests promptly and appropriately.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, collaborating with management as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests and wine society members.
  • Assist the Reservation Sales Manager with call handling and administrative tasks as required.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, reception, or a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Tock, Opentable) is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Maintain composure and alertness during busy periods or emergencies.
  • Capable of establishing direction and executing logistical processes effectively.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
