Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package exceeding $270,000, which includes:
- Quality incentives of up to $20,000 annually
- Additional call back pay
- A commencement bonus of $30,000
- An annual allowance of $8,000 for CME, licensing, dues, and subscriptions, along with paid CME time

Professional Environment:
This position is located in a Level IV Trauma Center within a growing Critical Access Hospital. We are currently expanding our facilities to include a new operating room suite with five new ORs, two endoscopy suites (which can flex to accommodate two additional ORs), 15 pre-and post-operative rooms, and seven PACUs. The work schedule consists of four 10-hour days per week, with a team of five full-time providers plus one CRNA float dedicated to pain management services. This is a full-time, permanent position in a supportive team atmosphere.
