Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Japanese Speaking Retail Associate who will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring a well-maintained store environment. The successful candidate will possess at least one year of experience in retail operations and have conversational proficiency in Japanese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all store procedures in compliance with company standards.
- Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience.
- Process sales transactions efficiently while following cash control protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and share knowledge.
- Address customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Create and organize promotional materials and in-store displays.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, ensuring safety for all.
Qualifications:
- Conversational proficiency in Japanese.
- Minimum of one year of experience in retail operations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
