Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement speech and language therapy plans
- Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions to students
- Assist in assessing and evaluating students' speech and language abilities
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' therapy and progress
