Job Summary:

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment plans and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the State of Florida and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
