  • Coordinate services with other agencies and organizations to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Conduct assessments and screenings to evaluate client needs and develop strategies for success.
  • Guide clients in goal setting and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case notes and service statistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1 year of experience working with children, youth, families, or a special population.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work with others in a warm, non-judgmental manner.
  • Working knowledge of database reporting systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Florida Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass a Level II background screening.
