**Position Overview**

The Seasonal Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our fans. This position involves maintaining retail standards and supporting back-of-house operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Welcome fans and engage them to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer interactions.
  • Ensure a strong brand connection by delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom with attention to detail.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to represent the Fanatics brand positively.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
