About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Nurse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and developing individualized plans of care
- Collaborating with the medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervising and delegating tasks to ancillary personnel to ensure efficient unit operations
- Conducting environmental rounds to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to policy development

Qualifications and RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current state RN license
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire
- One year of experience in acute care or OR experience within the past three years
